Our family’s goal is to ensure a professional, knowledgeable, and reliable process for you to get your wine into bottle. We have the knowledge of 25 years of mechanical engineering, and a trusted, proven and respected winemaker in our BRBC family to ensure we deliver on our promises.
Enjoy the luxury of bottling in quality, with a 12-spout filler, capper/corker & labeller, on a 38ft gooseneck trailer. We are able to accommodate:
Speed - up to 3,000 bottles/hour (250 cases/hour)
Heat shrink (up to 3,000bph*), polylaminate and tin capsules (up to 2,000bph*)
Double label dispensing line able to do upwards of 3,000bph*, single labels. Front and back upwards of 2,000bph.
Filter housing for sterile filter (filter not included)
Steam generator to ensure sanitation before each new bottling session
If it is your first time bottling with us, we wish to coordinate a site visit well in advance to ensure an extremely successful first bottling run.
*Automatic calculation of max speed according to format of bottle/label/closure/etc. 3,000 bph is based on 375ml screw caps, and max for 750ml bottles is about 2500bph. We have found the average is roughly 140-160 cases per hour on most jobs.
SCHEDULE YOUR BOTTLING
We understand that dates can change, but we will work with you as best as possible.
However, pencilling in a date is the best way to secure the approximate date you will be ready.
